Sculptor Takayuki Takeya Wins the Prime Minister’s Award

The Japanese government announced the winners of the 10th Monozukuri Nippon Grand Award.
From the culture field, sculptor Takayuki Takeya won the Prime Minister’s Award.

This award honors people who support Japan’s manufacturing and culture.
Four ministries work together to run this award.

This time, 25 people in 8 groups were selected.
Takeya was praised for his work in art and cultural creation.

The award ceremony will be held in late March 2026.
