I’ve been going to the ramen shop “Noriya Shokudo” in Oimachi, Tokyo for 20 years, and sometimes eat there eight times a week. It’s a favorite of mine. The soup is made by simmering chicken bones in pork bone soy sauce, and is one of a kind. I especially recommend the tsukemen. The soup clings well to the thin, flat noodles, making it a dish you’ll want to eat every day.
